MEET LOT420’S LEADERSHIP TEAM

A Shared Vision, Strong Expertise & A Commitment To Excellence

Our leadership team brings together experts overseeing LOT420’s vision, operations, cultivation, and production.

Stefan Macdonald

Co founder · Co owner

Stefan co founded LOT420 in 2015 with his childhood friends with a simple idea: build something real and build it the right way.

With over a decade in the cannabis space, he led the company from early medical cultivation efforts to becoming a licensed producer in 2020. Since then, LOT420 has grown into a profitable multi million dollar company recognized well beyond Canada.

Before cannabis, Stefan built his career with the City of Montreal, starting at 19 and working his way up to Chief of Public Works by 31. At the same time, he completed studies in communications, building inspection and urban planning. That mix of field work and structure still defines how he leads today.

His focus is long term. Build strong foundations. Stay disciplined. Grow globally without losing the culture that started it all.

Jean Romain Peclet

Chief Operating Officer · Co founder · Co owner

Jean Romain is Co Founder and COO of LOT420. He oversees cultivation, operations and quality across the company.

With more than 15 years of experience in cannabis, his background in horticulture shapes his approach. He draws inspiration from bonsai culture: patience, precision and long term vision. Every detail matters.

After a life changing accident introduced him to cannabis as a patient, he moved into cultivation and launched a regulated medical grow before co founding LOT420.

A Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, he brings discipline and accountability into the way the company operates. His focus is long term. Refine the craft. Protect the standards. Build something that lasts.

VINCENT BOHÉMIER

Operations and Cultivation Director

Born and raised in Montreal, Vincent brings over 15 years of experience in forestry operations across Western Canada. As part of a select group of tree planters with more than 2 million trees planted, he developed a strong foundation in large scale production, environmental systems and team leadership.

Throughout his forestry career, he supervised crews of up to 100 workers, with a strong focus on safety, quality control and operational efficiency. He also managed logistics for multiple logging operations and worked surveying pine forests for insect infestations, deepening his understanding of ecosystems, biology and horticulture.

Alongside his field experience, Vincent holds a diploma in cabinetmaking from the École nationale du meuble et de l’ébénisterie de Montréal, where he developed technical skills in design, 3D modeling and craftsmanship. This combination of precision work and large scale operations shapes the way he approaches cultivation and production today.

Since the early stages of LOT420, he has overseen production with a focus on structure, discipline and continuous improvement. His objective is clear: build a high quality, sustainable operation grounded in efficiency and evolving growing technologies.

XAVIER MILEWSKI

Grow Operations and Cultivation Strategy lead

Xavier Milewski leads cultivation at LOT420. With over a decade of hands-on experience, he has grown alongside the modern cannabis industry itself.

He joined his childhood friends in 2015, bringing discipline, consistency and strong team values into the garden. What started as hands-on cultivation evolved naturally into a strategic leadership role focused on optimization, structure and long term quality.

Born and raised in Montreal, Xavier studied at Vanier College, where he played football at a competitive level. The sport shaped his mindset: discipline, resilience, strategic thinking and team first leadership. Those same principles guide the way he manages cultivation today.

Before legalization, he worked within the legacy market, refining cultivation techniques and operational systems. By 2017, he had stepped into a broader leadership role, improving climate control, irrigation strategies and integrated pest management practices.

When LOT420 received its cultivation license in 2020, Xavier played a key role in transitioning from legacy medical production to a fully regulated operation built to meet global standards.

His focus remains clear: refine the craft, push standards forward and deliver consistent premium quality to patients and consumers worldwide.

JUDY DAWIDOWICZ

Director of Production

With a background in Business Administration and Culinary Arts, Judy has always approached her work with a practical understanding of product and operations. Her career later led her into agriculture and food production, where she developed a sharp focus on quality, precision, and process optimization.

As one of the first employees at LOT420, she played an active role in building the company’s operational foundations. Over the years, she moved through several key roles, gaining a comprehensive view of the organization before stepping into the role of Director of Production.

Lean Six Sigma certified, Judy now oversees operations with structure, discipline, and consistency. Her focus is clear: continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and maintaining the high standards that define LOT420.
